iPhone 13 users hit by THIS issue! Apple reacts

Several iPhone 13 users are facing an issue with the premium smartphone. What is it? How will Apple fix it? Know here.

The iPhone 13 pink screen issue has generated quite a commotion on the Internet. Several iPhone 13 users have complained about their phone screen turning pink for no apparent reason and what is worse, the problem is a persistent one. The iPhone 13 pink screen issue has become quite a hot topic on Apple’s discussions platform even. The affected handset models include iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Several reports have claimed that the pink screen issue cannot be resolved even by updating or resetting the iPhone 13. Also, many users have mentioned that the pink screen brings several other issues along with it such as flashbacks, slowdowns, automatic restarts, and more. With the issue acquiring quite an urgent nature, Apple has reacted to the problem and released an official statement, according to a report. It said, “We have not received relevant notices, saying that this is a hardware problem. Because such a situation generally occurs because the system is stuck.” This was an official Apple customer response, according to GizChina. The Apple statement about the issue suggests the company has acknowledged that this is not a hardware but a software problem.

While observing the pictures shared by iPhone users on Apple discussion forums, it can be seen that the entire iPhone 13 display does not turn pink. The images suggest that the system status bar and other information icons stay partially visible. There’s a high possibility that this issue is caused by a defect in the system software. Considering that it is an issue that can totally spoil the experience of the user, Apple is expected to roll out a fix in the near future with an update.

What should users do about the iPhone 13 pink screen issue?

The iPhone maker advises its customers, especially those who are facing the Pink screen issue, that they should back-up their data and upgrade to the latest operating system. This is recommended by the company to rule out any cases of incompatibility that could lead to such problems. The complaints of pink screen issues came from the users of iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, and some other models. As mentioned earlier, Apple may bring the fix to the issue in the upcoming updates. However, Apple has not specified when the update will be available. While iOS 15.3 is on the way, there is no surety if the upgrade will fix the pink screen issue or not.

This update may, however, fix another problem, which concerns the Safari browser’s WebKit engine bug. This glitch is reported to leak user data.

The best thing that users can do is to update their iPhone 13 to the latest operating system as soon as it is made available.
