The ADR Centre was set up at the office of the District Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar, and was supervised by Manjinder Singh, District & Sessions Judge-cum-Member Secretary of the Punjab State Legal Services Authority. He looked through files at the front desk, the DLSA office, and the Legal Aid Defense Counsel System. He also spoke with the Retainer Lawyer at the Front Desk and advising clients. In addition, the Advocates enlisted in the Legal help Defense Counsel System were urged to represent those seeking legal help in criminal matters for free and with unwavering commitment and zeal from the time of arrest through any necessary appeals.

Panel Lawyers, Mediators, and the Legal Aid Defense Counsel System were evaluated based on feedback from Mediation Centre and Permanent Lok Adalat (PUS) visitors and legal aid recipients. Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority for SAS Nagar, Baljinder Singh Maan, was also present.
